- Kevin Brooks doing the same thing to me.
Statement: I was on-duty as a Lieutenant when I noticed 2 people looking at me, a few seconds later they held me up and I complied fully by putting my hands up and then Mr Brooks states something about me doing something previously to him and then executes me (Revenge RDM?). Now I am dead and waited around 2-3 minutess death timer and then drove around for about 5 minutes or so I don't obviously record the instances of time for "NLR" like nobody has a stopwatch next to them recording that, so I go back and saw Mr Brooks and decided to hold him up in which he "complies" eventually and then I execute him like he did to me, however he decided to !report it and I get banned for "NLR - Revenge RDM" even though during the sit I stated to the Admin that Brooks did the same thing to me and that I have evidence but didn't listen to me and then said I had previous however not for RDM or NLR so I think and then he bans me for 2 Days even though he said I would receive a 12 Hour Ban???
If anything can the Video above be used in a player report for RDM or Revenge RDM since I complied fully yet still got killed?

Kevin was demoted from Mentor after I saw your video. There were other reasons as to the demotion but I can assure you that Kevin was punished properly for this incident. I'll let @Eldar987 deal with the rest.

NLR comes into play when you remembered something from a previous life to use that to go and kill a player with his hands up. Hence (Revenge RDM) since he did this to you, you went right back and did it to him. Telling me "I just killed him because I don't like him." in a admin sit is a great way to get your ban escalated with your history being brought into account.

Now what you did is absolutely wrong, two wrongs don't make a right. You should have made a report right away rather than take it into your own hands as you did here.

Now keep in mind what Kevin did is not right at all either, and he will be punished for it.

I will reduce your ban to one day, and another staff member is speaking to Kevin.
