Ban Reason: Ban Evasion + Mass CDM - Will also add i currently have only 2 months and 3 days left on it.
Unban Reason: Alright, so first of all I want to start this off by saying I know what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions and what happened. I have zero excuses for what I did and I do understand that it is no tolerated whatsoever, with that being said I will list some reasons I feel I deserve to be given another chance. So let me explain the situation, It was late night and I was hanging out with some friends on Monolith, the friend I was hanging out with was arguably a minge, now i know that him being a minge is no excuse for what I did BUT with me and him being pretty good friends, we were chilling as tow truck and he was ems and there was not a lot going on in game so we were just driving around being idiots until we stumble on a crowd of 4 to 5 people standing by the gas station. We drove past it but then turned back, him giving me the idea of ramming them and the mental imagery of all the bodies flying and going crazy we put the ambulance on the back of the tow truck in a weird way so it was kinda off the truck at the same time, he was flooring the ambulance to push my tow truck as well as me holding w the whole time going straight for the crowd of people, as soon as we got close to them I switched to the second seat hoping to evade the system and I left as soon as it hit them, little to my knowledge I was the only tow truck driver on at the time. When i joined back I was greeted by Knight who was asking me if I was just a tow truck driver, me knowing i couldn't get out of this I said yes to his question and that began our admin sit. Throughout the sit I did lie multiple times and I did try to blame it on a glitch or other random excuses and he knew I was lying. He gave me multiple opportunities to tell the truth and I didn't do it. I have no excuse for what happened and I am not trying to say that I didn't do what I did. A couple days after the ban I tried to join back on an alt to play legitimately and be known as someone else but the ban system got me. I am sincerely sorry for what happened on the server that night and acknowledge that I did break the rules. With that being said I hope for an unbiased decision on the appeal and I hope for another chance at playing without minging or breaking the rules. I have since read the rules again a few times and reviewed what I shouldn't have done for multiple events on multiple occasions and feel that since I have served the original ban length(2 months) that I should be given another chance at being a good rule abiding player. Please consider this appeal and the time I have served. This would be a great early Christmas present to be unbanned and able to play, especially with the new content being added since iv'e played last.
