Unban Reason: They say I disconnected because I was being mugged but I was not being mugged at all, I asked mentors and staff in game and they said a mug is not initiated until they tell me to put my hands up, which they clearly did not do in the video below. I didn't disconnect because I thought they were gonna mug me I disconnected because I was lagging and also being a target of vdm and followed by someone, I thought they were gonna do it again because their car was right down the street. None of the legacy members told me to put my hands up they were talking to a different person. I was not even given my 24 hours to respond to the report, I checked and saw friskies reponse and then i started typing mine, he sent his right as i sent mine already accepting the appeal without reading my response. He claims i reconnected right back but i reconnected over 20 mins later.

So the logs are probably lying then?



The logs show you reconnecting 2 minutes after you disconnected.

Additionally, you only have lag issues that make you disconnect from the server on certain RP moments that are not in your favour?
If it was lag, it would say "Timed out", not "Disconnect by user".

Lying will result in your punishment being extended. You should know the rules by now, as you have a very extensive record in this community.

Thats the wrong log, that was before the situation look around 10:05 central time. That log took place before the reporting one at the casino, we were there but i was having issues so i reconnected then we later met to do the deal again.

Also, the issues didnt make me disconnect
i chose to disconnect and i wasnt being mugged while i disconnected. Im not blaming this on lag issues or anything, I know I disconnected but I wasnt being mugged so how was I in a situation? I was sitting in a trade menu.

My bad, I was seeing the wrong logs (I took them from the player report). You reconnected 20 minutes afterwards. However, you still commited a rulebreak.

I dont understand. First you say you disconnect because of the lag and now you're saying you disconnected because you wanted, in the middle of an RP situation? There was a car approaching and 2 people left the car with guns out. As soon as that happened, you disconnected. That is leaving to avoid roleplay (without a question), which is a rule break.

I do not believe you at all. And I will let you know that the next time you disconnect to avoid a roleplay situation or commit another serious rule break, you will be removed from the server for a long time. You have an extensive history in this community and you never learn. Start following the rules.
