I was the one who forum banned you, for posting the same refund request three times, when you are asked to stop, after your first one was declined by Maj.Kat. Since you decided to disregard that order, which is unreasonable, you are now forum banned for a month, since you were banned in the past as well, for breaching our forum rules.

understood yet i only posted two forum refund-request and you obv have something against me because the last refund was completely different from the first, i understood the first request was invalid but i don't think you even reviewed my second i actually have a valid argument, thank you. (no contest regarding forum ban, more of looking for second request refund)

With that said, you should have contacted him in order to clarify it with him that it was not the same situation. But going against what he said and reposting the refund request is not acceptable.

Make sure to contact staff if you think their decision was wrong.
