Relevant Evidence:I don't have any but Roj when I attempted to rob a man across the road at supermarket failrped and I reported him and in the admin sit Roj said you can't rob at mines or supermarket he never stated it had to be populated his exact words were you can't rob at supermarket or mines so moderator Tyrone followed me from the supermarket to the mines and robbed me and I got pissed and stated multiple times that an Adminsotratorsaid you can't rob at mines and I was getting anoyed becasue now the modorator is breaking rules and its unfair so i think i was banned unfairly.

Well, I kind of goofed the ban reason. I will say that the FailRP part of the ban is a little BS, however the main reasoning for the ban was how you conducted yourself during the sit. From what I saw and from what @Tyrome McLovin told me, you called him several names (namely "faggot"). You tried to excuse that as you simply being pissed off, however you have been warned about this in the past and I am sick of it. Yes, it is very easy to get pissed off in an admin sit, however that does not excuse using strong words against our players and staff. Please tone it down a little from now on.
I am leaving the ban as-is as you clearly need some time to cool off and rethink how you have composed yourself in RP and admin sits alike.

Tyrome was not breaking the rules, and on top of that you have a history of being very hotheaded in RP and Admin sits. I am leaving your ban as is because you need to cool it during said sits.

Guess I should clarify. I am declining your ban appeal because of how you conducted yourself in the rp/admin sit, not because of the FailRP. I am saying that FailRP should not be even thought of when you look at your ban. You are banned because of the strong language you used during the sit.
