Ok after reviewing the video I will give me sense on this. This code red is justified. You are clearly reckless driving by ramming into cop and civilian vehicles. You ran into multiple sidewalks and even hit someone in the hospital sidewalk. A police lambo in the hands a civilian is already bad enough. You were clearly wanting the cops to chase you as you were in the city driving up and down drifting for no reason. You were a huge danger to the public.
