Ban Reason: Sexual Harrasment
Unban Reason: I "sexually harrased" a player name Anna. "I would die to know if Anna is a creamer or a squirter" in OOC. Itskev took me into sit and asked if I know why he did. Which i said yeah i totally do know. He explained to me how unipropriate it was what I said and I agreed to it all. He then gave me 2 options. 1. 1 week ban. 2. 3 day ban and 1 week OOC ban. I asked if I could have another option and he was like try me. So i said a 1 week ooc ban and i apologize to Anna in the sit. He brought Anna over whom to I sincerly apologized because I personally dont have anything against her its just a "trend" to go off on her. After that Kev still banned me for 2 days and gave the 1 week ooc ban. I would like to say again that I fully apologize and that it wasnt supposed to be anything personal. Its my first time having a conflict like this in OOC and if its such looked down as I will not do it again. And once again I would like to apologize to Anna for making her feel a type of way.

I mean I personally really dont think thats "sexual harassment" First of all its a meme around the internet I just filled it with Annas name. 2. Its a fully first time offense. 3. I my self asked Kev so that I may apologize to Anna because it was obious she took it personally and not the way that I meant it to go through.

Yet again understood. And I fully agree of how bad it was. Thus why I asked if I am able to apologize to Anna via voice. Im purely upset on the fact that Kev let me chose another option which I did and still recieved something completly different.

@Jaffar Mahmud Thank you for putting some effort into this ban appeal.

I understand that you are sorry and that you likely intended the whole thing as a joke, but you still chose to harass her. Meme or not, unbanning you would set a very bad example for the rest of the community. Sexual harassment is not ok, and will never be ok, no matter what the circumstances. Even though we can't see them, there are other people on the other side of our screens, Real people with legitimate feelings who deserve to be treated as such.

With that being said, I must deny your ban appeal at this time. It is also worth noting that after talking with other staff members, both you and Assassins bans have been extended to 6d from the time that I am making this reply.
