Hello! Due to a mass rdming alt, @WirRload and his friend died and lost their stuff. The items were picked up by the alt, and before anything could be done about getting the items back, another staff member permanently banned the alt. Due to this, the following items should be refunded:

4x (L) First Aid Kits
1x Adrenaline
1x Kevlar & Helmet
1x Famas F1
1x Lockpick
1x CPR Kit

Unfortunately, due to the lack of evidence for the attachments, those will not be refunded. As for the second screenshot, that is up to your friend to make a refund request for, we are unable to give you another players refund. Thanks.
