Unban Reason: I say the guy who I killed has low FPS and I were in the voice distance and my kill were sensile.
Explantion:
The story: me and my friend found someone basing at outskirt 2# we decided to raid him. I did a circle around the house with my car and I saw him throught the window and where he is standing. we equiped our guns and we lockpicked the first door. I standed close the second door as he could hear me (you can hear it in the video) and I said "handsup or get instantly shot" or something like that we lockpicked the door toke us something like 5 secondes as we lockpicked the door the guy looked at us his hands was not in the air so we sprayed him down and stole everything.
friskiemar says the voice distance weren't good now in my opnion the voice distance were good as you can hear me in the video what was the problem in the video you can see the victim FPS and I am sure thats what make the voice sounds like mumbling as I am not mumbling like in the video cause in the admin sit and everywhere I speak in my microphone. secondly, I'd like to say dosen't matter if we killed him or not he didn't had a gun on him we had zipties we had everything anyways we would take all his stuff lets say hypothetically we would end in the same way now as I saw the video I understanded why the man said this kill was not sinsile and I had no problem bringing back the stuff to him cause that was not clear but during the sit I felt like the moderator is trying to put "sticks in my wheels" and get me banned. anyways i'd like to add as rules states the victims have to know the situation before you take an ingame action I think he could knew he getting raided as first door opend he heared my car when I circled around the house and he heared me before we lockpicked the door. he could even use his mic and ask "what?" or something like that if he didn't understand so we would know cause alot of people using that trick on me and its not the first time I am speaking outside this door in the same cabins and always the victims hear me.
between something to think of in my opnion people can abuse this reason of banning cause as I say he heared me "mumbling" cause the low fps next time when I want someone to get in troubles I'ma put on alot of programs and put on hgh settings when I do LSD get low fps and when someone raid me I'll say he mumbled and get him 6 day ban or warning. or who know what. or I can record without people's voice and make sure I'll report for distance I think should be an other way to check it. cause I feel like this is not true ):
I'd like say one more thing is I like the server and I am addicted to it the last thing I am trying to do is breaking any kind of rules. I want truely justice in every sit I think this specsfic situation was not clear for both sides and was a huge miss understanding between me and the victim and between me and the moderator we judged in my opnion. I hope the staff team would see this thread as something nice. and see how much I care and play on the server. hope for a new judgement. and if someone want to speak with me over discord about this case I am always on just pm me on forums your discord details and I will try to explain in voice would be way more easier for me.
