Ban Reason: apparent RDM
Unban Reason: so pretty much, the person that got me banned lied in the sit to get me in trouble, my homeboy edwig told @gm1003 about the situation after he had already banned me. so i met this guy in spawn, and he wanted to buy a scar off me, so i sold it to him for 10k and i guess he wasn't very happy about the percent of the scar, which he never specified or asked what the percent of the scar was, and so when i traded it to him i walked over to bank, as Edwig calls in over radio "bro hes about to blow up your car" which he did, then proceeded to chase me over to mels diner equipped, i whipped out my Ak-74 and proceeded to mow him down and kill him. i got off and went to bed like 5 minutes after, But i am not sure what the guy said in the sit about what happened but i am sure he fabricated the story quite a bit since i received a ban for 2 days for it.

I will say that I could’ve dealt with the sit better in my opinion. Basically I was no clipping above you two when you killed Tom and you didn’t tell him why you killed him, so right away I thought it was RDM

When I brought Tom to a roof you disconnected which I thought was very suspicious, almost as if you tried to avoid a sit. That’s the LTAS reason

Tom told me that he “accidentally” blew up someone’s car and that he got killed for no reason, after I banned you I did more digging and I see that he bought a scar from you, something that he did not mention and he didn’t mention that he blew up your car.

I will unban you as I should’ve asked for video evidence from Tom, that was my fault and I accept that. But in the future don’t disconnect when I start a sit for someone you killed, it looks really suspicious and it doesn’t help you

@Tom Howard if you are reading this, you better not have lied in my sit. If I find out that these allegations are true you will be punished for lying in a sit
