Relevant Evidence: I was beginning a raid on Richard 10 with a group of people and I decided to watch the balcony and as I had raided the house a bit over an hour prior and I hadn't died at all in the course of that time so I recognized the people inside who were armed the last time I raided so I made the mistake of assuming they were armed inside the house. I deeply regret making this poor decision and not waiting another 30-45 seconds to confirm that the members of my raiding group had actually lockpicked and gone inside but instead I fired and I believe I injured a few members of the household. In my defense I could only see the heads of said members and only knew they were there from looking around in front of Richard 8 when I say the group of people standing on the balcony and I only say the front of Nick's suit heading back to my base at Richard 3 assembling a raiding group not really thinking how heavily armed assuming he would have a rifle or pistol from our previous encounter. I would like to formally apologize for this misunderstanding and I hope I can use it as a learning experience and be unbanned early as of the time I'm posting this ban appeal I have served almost exactly 24 hours of my 48 hour ban.
