What happened: i sold my 200k engine in the 30 minute timezone and made one sit before this but didn't have the time or date of when it happened, i also was told that i didn't refund it properly but i went back to the npc multiple times after the refund message popped but and clicked the 0 dollar engine but had no money received.

What do you need refunded? 200k for my engine loss

Unfortunately, after reviewing your refund request and attempting to investigate this matter, I'm not able to confirm when you bought the upgrade or how long you've had this upgrade.

If you're able to provide more additional evidence that confirms you purchased the upgrade and refunded the upgrade before the 30 minutes timer, feel free to make a new refund and submit additional evidence to it.

Additionally, please ensure that you submit a refund request soon as possible as this refund was submitted 2 weeks after this situation occurred.
