Why should the point(s) be removed: There was an active gunfight going on where i ended up getting hit with a bullet, I then pull out my weapon and kill the armed man because my life was in danger and i had a weapon to defend myself. I then kill this armed gunman and was then placed into a sit where the man reporting said he didnt care he just reported me because he was annoyed on how it happened. I never RDM'd i simply was in danger and responded with force.

Also, @jeff large you are notified every time you receive a warning point, we cannot issue anything past 3 warning points at a time. Once you receive a total of 8 warning points you receive a threshold ban. You claim that the situation was self-defense, if that was the case there shouldn't be any reason for a warning point to be issued. Was there more to it than just a self-defense scenario?

I just started playing on the server again! I haven't played since august 2020. I received 1 verbal yesterday and that was it! Just have no idea where the other 7 points came from. The whole situation was there was a gunfight that broke out no more then 5 feet away from me. 2 guys were firing shots at each other and I ended up getting hit aswell as taking damage from an exploding car that blew up due to the ongoing gunfire. I then feared I was going to be killed so I defended myself accordingly. @Thanewolfe

Someone pulled a gun on me that this man was standing behind. I shot the man that was aiming his weapon at me and killed him. The car happened to magically be on 3% health and it exploded when I shot the guy who pulled a gun on me. This man then proceeds to stab me and kill me for "endangering" his life. I never aimed, directed, or even positioned myself for him to have a reason to fear his life. He just got bloodthristy.

This is what happened. I had also watched the situation go down therefore I took the tweety's sit as I had all of the evidence that I had needed to see. @Thanewolfe

This all went down in the alley way next to gun dealer. After he killed the first man he took cover and reloaded and looked right at me, thus facing towards me with a gun drawn. This is when I took action and rushed the man with my knife. The tight space of the alley always makes it hard to tell what's truly going on. Side note im still wondering where the other 7 points came from.

From the video evidence provided to me by @Recommendations I can come to the determination that you had ample opportunity to get away and leave the area, instead you took out a machete and approached the victim from behind to ambush him. In no way was this self-defense, especially considering you weren't the initial target of the interaction. Warning point valid, appeal denied.
