@JeffMaine was killed by a police officer while surrendering with his hands up. I spoke to the officer and the officer was subsequently punished as seen fit. I can confirm he did lose these items as a cop confiscated them from him, unfortunately @JeffMaine Died so his items were not in the lockup. (btw my timezone is EST).
