I can confirm these items. Quick and easy, police chief said he was negotiating for the hostages when the rest of his PD disobeyed his orders and flanked to kill all the robbers. Police chief said the PD had no intentions to listen and tried to demote them all but there was too many. So I voided the whole situation and ask for the ROBBERS to make a RR.
