Fail RP in a jewelry store heist, police captain didnt come to negotiations and an officer broke failRP rules to terminate the situation. Me and Xiao Bing were the players effected

I spoke to the captain and he said that he didn't call off negotiations. The officer who killed them didn't have permission to do that. So they lost their items wrongfully. I can verify that these items need refunding.
