Job and Player Level lost

Date and time of loss: Monday July 9th 5:30pm CST
What happened: I logged out on Sunday July 8th 1:30am and when I logged in today I found my player level at 3 and medic level at 1

What do you need refunded: Player Level 8 and Medical professional level 42
Evidence: I'm sorry I just bought GMod like a 5 days ago and did not know I had to take periodic screenshots of my inventory, I just joined MonolithRP on around Friday or Saturday
