If this report is for RDM I think he handled this well because the hostage takers were going to shoot the hostage because they saw a cop running outside. No this was not about RDM, the bankrobbers were complaining because they thought the officers/swats didnt act responsible enough and take the hostage's life in mind. However, Joey told me that the chief told them to shoot at the moment but the Chief said only at a safe time. Anyway, It's been taken care and nobody will be banned. So don't worry
