Explanation: THEY were metagaming. They were getting raided and doing their thing. I was no were near the house. I was driving around using the premium locker. Why was I banned?

Basically because you are part of their group. You are hanging around and basing with them.

I have spectated your group for quite some time and took a couple pictures. After I found out you are all on one Discord server and in the same channel I decided not to ban you on the spot, but PM GalaxyMist or what his name is, and tell him that metagaming is not allowed. That happened when he killed two officers and died and you fled with your vehicle at the yellow warehouse. To transmit IC conversations you need to use the ingame voice tools - not third party tools.

When playing on the server, our Discord is the only allowed third-party program for communication - organisations get their own channel only accessible to their members. It is prohibited to use the discord for IC communication, eg: sharing locations, agreeing on meetings, trades etc.

He replied to me and basically said that he'll not do it again:

From there on you and your buddies drove around for a while and in the end bought a richards house and started basing. Barely any conversations between your group was held on our server, only a couple by GaraxyMist.

You then were then reported to the police via a 911 call about something I don't remember as of right now, but the police started raiding your building and STILL nobody talked ingame to eachother about tactics, etc.

I then had enough and banned four people that I figured out where in the channel at that time.

Why wasn't I PMed? I was never informed of this. And anyway, I wasn't involved with the whole situation with the police I was out driving going to a premium locker

I am going to unban the three people that have appealed their bans as of right now. The fourth person will NOT be unbanned for ATTEMPTING to evade his ban using an alternate account - which has been permanently banned.

If we catch you metagaming again you will be punished more severe than right now. Also, request a Discord channel on our server.
