Good afternoon

The case against John Stroganoff is very cut and through due to evidence provided by @kainchapman. i also was a witness in the second video.

Now I do find guilty of the following:
Count 1. conduct unbecoming of an officer x2
Count 2. First degree Murder of an peace officer
Count 3. Unauthorized/excessive use of force
Count 4. Malfeasance causing great bodily harm


You already have a record on pd with your last report deducting 4 points from your record. In the first video you are heard saying quote "lets Rape her" to a unconscious suspect then afterwards you lied and said the officer was DNR which is not true as they had a strong pulse, then you proceeded to pull your firearm out and execute a fellow peace officer. in the second clip you were in a pursuit with a Ems director and when the director hoped out of the car you ran them over to stop them even though they were not at the time an active threat with their back turned to the other officers trying to run away.

After witnessing @puvz behavior in person and through the evidence provided, Suggested punishment would be 6 severity points with a 1 month police blacklist due to prior history.
