Request Reason: Breaking FearRP
Situation: It started at bank where we had a group of people listening to random songs. That ended when Johnathan Real decided to steal the T.V in front of my eyes. He then proceeds to flee from cops so I taze him and detain him. I then bring him to the Monoford Police Department to try confiscate the T.V and bring it back to the original owner. Once at PD he tried getting his buddies to break him out but that ultimately failed. Once secured, we attempted a second time to confiscate the T.V, I started recording and I even let him know I was. Another officer and I had him under fearp and instructed him to drop the T.V, instead he decides to destroy it. After that I uploaded the video and arrested him for stealing the T.V.
When did the situation occur?: 8/13/20 Around 6:30 ish.

I wish I hadnt closed my gmod. I believed it was owned by one Markus Johnson or something like that unless he wasnt the one who placed it down. His name should be in logs since he had also searched Mr. Real when I handcuffed him. I have honestly forgot.

Because you are not able to obtain the name of the player who originally owned the TV I cannot confirm or deny if that player has died or not. If the player did die then he wouldn't know he placed a TV (Following NLR) Because of this the TV would have been destroyed by your or the Johnathan. However, @Johnathan Real refusing to drop the TV while under FearRP broke a rule.

In the future @Johnathan Real Please follow the instructions of the police officers while under FearRP it was not your job to destroy the TV, that is to be handled by the police officers. If you feel as if they kept the item in question and did not destroy it please contact staff. - FailRP - Verbal Warning
