Biography - (Yes, I'm using Scottish's template):
Johnny Bui is the first of the family to be born from a white father and a Vietnamese mother. He grew up as the only child and showed a keen interest in Law Enforcement while living in Rockford. During his elementary years, he was surrounded by many bad people. The odd one out on everybody else smoking cigarettes in alleys. He only grew up with only one other friend in school, another boy named Thompson. Although they seem very different from each other, they assimilated well as best friends. Johnny was more reserved and practiced more etiquette, always the bookworm, whereas Thompson was more energetic, jocular, and happy. As they both moved up In his teenage years, Johnny was suddenly more coyish around Thompson. It was fairly uncommon back then for such behavior, but Johnny doesn't let that get in the way. When the two finished middle school, Johnny joined the Rockford PD Explorer's Post. It was challenging, but Thompson was always there for Johnny when he struggles through the academy. When Johnny finally graduated from the ruthless academy, Johnny was dispirited when he didn't see Thompson in the crowd at the graduation. The very next school day, Johnny looked around to see if he could find Thompson, to no avail. It's as if Thompson dropped the face of the Earth. Johnny called Thompson on his phone many times to no answer. He went up to the front office to see if the school staff knew what happened. The news he received would break his heart. Thompson had suddenly transferred out of the school for no apparent reason. When the long, long school day was done, Johnny ran straight to Thompson's house to see if he was there. What he saw was Thompson, unusually sad. Johnny yelled out for his name, Thompson looked up, but that was the last time Johnny saw him again. Before Johnny could catch up, Thompson went in a strangely luxurious car, unrecognizable to Johnny as Thompson's family was fairly middle-class, and it sped off with an older male figure that wasn't his dad. Johnny felt as if a bullet just struck his stomach. Johnny, heartbroken, cried home all day. For the following highschool years, he never knew the reason why Thompson left. When Johnny graduated highschool with a Criminology major, he became a Police Officer in Rockford in which he passed his Probationary period, labeled "exemplary" by his Field Training Officer. He would continue being an Officer for the next 5 years. He had his fair share of his action with many shootouts and foot pursuits. The fun ended when the city was struck with an economy no lower than ever and a major staffing shortage. Due to this, Officer Bui made a lateral move to the Evocity Police Department. However, that move became a mistake as the department was operated by worse command staff and a bad mayor. Johnny's quality of life lowered significantly until he moved to the Monolith City of Monoford. There he found camaraderie amongst fellow officers, and the quality of life skyrocketed. His attitude and outlook on the citizens and his superiors. There he would be promoted up the ranks for the next 10 years to the rank of Lieutenant. He has many plans for the future of the department and the future of the city. He still has a photo of Thompson and him from back in the day. When he has the opportunity, he will do anything to find out what happened to Thompson. For now, he only remains in recurring thoughts and his prayers
