Unblacklist Reason: I kept ramming my car into another guys car because he rammed into my car really hard, but im the only one who gets in trouble..... Another thing is the punishment for fail driving is a removal of the car. Ive seen many people get in trouble for fail driving and all of them got there car removed and no blacklist.

Yes, because after I had announced that, the other person stopped and you still kept ramming him.
