Time of Occurrence: Around 4-5pm CST
Relevant Evidence: The server was lagging very badly around this time for me and my car was sliding around and I accidentally hit a couple of grouped persons on the sidewalk. I was playing medic so I revived them and healed them to full as well I thought no harm was done. However, if this ban does get appealed I will take measures to ensure it doesn't happen again sorry for the inconvenience.

I was the user who reported you for VDM and the staff member (@Justin The Ungrateful) deemed it fit to ban you.

You had control of a Ambulance and proceeded to ram the same car (NPCS) over and over, eventually someone was walking by and you hit them, your associate medic said "Sorry it was a accident" even though you were the driver of the vehicle, You resuscitated the man you ran over and jumped back into your vehicle proceeding to drive around the car (NPCS) and ramming the same victim along with another one, you then drove your ambulance into the lake.

Well to be fair that was all started by the blue truck who consistently found it fit to ram me when I was driving over and over again he actually disabled the ambulance by ramming me.

But my internet was still fucked and my assistant wasn't allowed to drive the ambulance due to him being an intern.

I don't know the exact number of people it wasn't like a ton or anything. I revived them all as well like the by standard said above and healed them to full as well.

I suppose, I do think 5 days is a bit excessive as you are quite a new player. Driving isn't so easy on the game so it can be easily misinterpreted as intentional. After all it's up to @Justin The Ungrateful to react to your request. I'm guessing this was results from a player report.

Not a reason to kill civilians on the beach with your ambulance.

I do think 5 days is a bit excessive as you are quite a new player.

Considering that you're a new player, I do think your ban is a little harsh, however, I did make your ban length the amount of players you killed during that time. At the time you hit many players who just sat there fishing, doing nothing but staring at the water and speaking to the NPC for bait or to sell their fish. You still disturbed RP in a sense and would advise you to try and stay away from any sort of vehicles when you are lagging, I'll lower your ban to 1 day, seeing as you still broke rules and you need to be punished for it, but you are a rather new player and you want to play as soon as possible. Make sure this doesn't happen again.

Ban lowered to 1 day instead of 5.
