@Major Lorne(Pmx) i can confirm that i guess i did int place my hands in the air on time, but i did not have a gun out and i was told by the hostage taker to go down the elevator

Hello @Jack Everadon,
After carefully reviewing the evidence provided, I have accepted this player report due to the following reasons:

• The reported player used the /me feature while he was dead which is not realistic and it is against the rules;
• The reported player broke fearRP when he was being held at gunpoint, by equipping his weapon;
  
• The reported player metagamed as he "knew" your name because he looked above your character's head, where your name, steam profile picture and rank show up;

Spoiler: Rules broken by the reported player

You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, like when you are being held at gunpoint. Act like your character would in such a situation realistically.

You may not draw any weapon or run away when someone has you at gunpoint or in striking distance of a melee weapon, unless the roleplay of both parties allows otherwise.

Metagaming is not allowed. Any kind of information you gain via OOC may not be used IC. Any IC information may not be provided in OOC.

Knowledge your gain from reading names of the top of the players head is considered metagaming.

Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.
(In this case, you used the /me feature that is directly connected to your character multiple times. Therefore you failedRP).

That said the reported player will be banned for 4 days for all the rules he broke. He already received warning points for breaking fearRP and for failRP in the past.
