You were shooting players who were in the mayors office with no reason at all. You got on the roof somehow which is breaking the rules and by making this appeal which has little effort put in, you show very little effort to say sorry for your transgressions. If you really want to be apart of this community you should study the rules during your ban and join back when you have a better understanding of the rules.
