After a quick check and confirmation with the screenshot, I can confirm that the given items were lost.

The screenshot in question was taken from a video from the sit and I can prove the validity of the image shown.

The situation was called void following an insufficient time difference given between the mugger asking for 'hands up' and the shot, approximately half a second.
