I was raiding a base in the suburbs with Kevlar, lock picks, honey badger. I parked my car around the corner to not make any attention to myself while i'm raiding the base. I sit by the bushes next to the door of the base and wait 5-10 mins before raiding watching people go in and out from the base. When one of the members of the base open the door I run up and shoot one of the people standing there the other one wouldn't comply with my demand so I shot him, I walk into the base for a second to then walk back out side to a person with a m14 on his back staring at me in the drive way of the base. I shoot him while running back for cover on the front door. When a car pulls up to the drive way I start to shoot at the vehicle in mind thinking this was back up for the group I was raiding I blow up the car. The guy driving the car is still alive I tell him to get out multiple times and he kept saying "hold up hold up" when I back up for cover the driver hops out the car with a gun that when I shoot to kill him. I loot the dead bodies outside to then be shot at from within the house from one of the windows. This is when I make a run for and make it to my car to escape from being killed. I succeed with the raid but then to be put in a sit with the people from the base accusing me of rdming them which is false everyone I killed in the raid was associated with the base. They start to say they have "video recording" of what happened to then say "oh never mind the recording is black" this is all coming from the one guy with the m14 which makes no sense because everything I did wasn't against the rules. I'm teleport'ed to another sit which I was totally confused about with a taco driver and out of the blue I get disconnected for rdm even though I raided and that everyone I killed was living in the base at the time this took place. I'm baffled how I can be raided and killed with no hesitation by other people but when I raid a large group i'm punished for reasons unknown??? Id like to also say that the other groups story was constantly changing while I explained what happened perfectly about what happened. Can someone explain what rule I broke and show me exactly where it says I cant kill people in a raid.

Like I told you before when we were in the sit, you cannot kill someone if no one had a weapon equipped before/at the moment you initiate.

Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone inside it.

You said you killed the person that was walking in the base and then it went on from there. The person didnt have a weapon equipped at the time and you didnt see anyone with a weapon equipped before that so you cannot kill them like you did. You only saw it afterwards.

Additionally you stated, in the sit, that you killed the two guys that parked the car in the property because you thought they were called as backup. You just went ahead and shot at their car, ending up killing one of them.

I told you, in the sit, that people can only kill you if you have a weapon equipped on you and therefore pose a threat to them.

I banned you because it seemed like you were always changing details in your story to make it more credible.
I will go ahead and unban you this time, but please pay attention to these details. Make sure you only kill in a raid if you see at least one of them with their weapon equipped.
