Reason for Report: I was being mugged by a group of people and escaped from them near the Trinity bridge. I got out of my car and as they came up the ramp they accelerated and ran me over than saying, "got him". Then then shot me in the head not allowing them to loot my body. When one made a report about not being able to loot my body, knight tped me to him and just asked for the other persons side of the story. Then as I am about to tell my side of the story he /slays me, and returns me. I tell him that you can not use vehicle as a weapon unless you have no gun(which they did) and I am an immediate threat (which I wasn't since I had escaped). I was banned some time ago for running someone over who had been a threat but was no longer when I had no gun so considering they did, I felt they broke a rule. Knight refused to listen to me and ultimately went into the sit with a one sided attitude. Not to mention I don't thinks its appropriate to /slay me instead of asking politely for my stuff and if I disagree letting me share my reasoning. Rule Knight said didn't exist, (2.2) Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger. ) Not to mention that /slaying me put me at 10 hp and he never healed me.

I was involved in the mugging:
It started when we mugged him near a house, and he decided to drive off resulting in him being "code red" or KOS. We followed him, but due to the racing event the prop blocked him off and we got him. Melody came and revived him due to it not being our or his fault of dying. She let the RP continue, i shot at him again and he took off at Trinity Bridge. My car got stuck so i was late. I come back to him dead on the road, not knowing how he died, but apparently he got run over. I return to see that Knight, and the original person who ran him over was there and Knight was saying that whatever he did, it was not a rule break. Then Knight slayed him making it available so we can get the loot he had.

This is what I told you is not against the rules, as this rule was changed when we transitioned to Monoford. I did not handle your report, which was replied to and closed by PMX. I did, however, allow the gentleman in question to loot you as it had been deemed you died legitimately in roleplay, as you were in the middle of the road. If an individual runs you over, even with weapons on them, this is acceptable so long as they or a befriended's life is in immediate danger. When I teleported you to the individual, I asked if you were unable to be looted despite being killed. You then replied yes but that you were killed illegitimately by somebody who had weapons on them but chose to use their vehicle as a weapon. At this point, I informed you that this was not longer against the rules and that you were to drop the weapon. You then began to argue about the situation, refusing to cooperate, and you were slayed. Upon being slayed, you were returned. I did not notice your health being at 10% upon being revived, but had you asked to be healed you would have been.

Hello @FluffyGamer,

You claimed you were VDMed in your report. When I teleported to your location, I noticed you had died on the trinity bridge, while you were on the road. You cannot claim VDM if you are on the middle of the road, as that is your fault.

Regarding @Knight 's sit, if you were not cooperating, Knight had the right to slay you in order to take the things that were supposed to be taken from you.

Since there is no evidence that show any wrong doing from Knight's end, there is nothing to review.
