a moderator told me that you guys can refund my previous items/money/experience that i had about a week ago, i discovered my loss on 8/20/2018

What happened: I played for about 3 days, have paramedic/chopped A LOT OF TREES, had licenses, and about 10-20k i had to delete all Gmod folders/reinstall gmod and delete all previous workshop content from over the years to fix errors, these errors occured AFTER i downloaded the content, after about 7 days of not playing, the 4th day i connect i had my errors fixed but discovered i lost all my stuff, as if i was a new player, sorry for a grammar, i don't see much of a need for it.
What do you need refunded: items/money/experience
Evidence: i never took screenshots, i never knew this crap would happen, this is my 4th day playing on this server, i like this server a lot, but that was a bad starter experience
