Relevant Evidence: Not much evidence besides the people who were involved.
The mayor gave all the SS a strict order to kill anyone that walks out of the elevator. The mayor said: "[01:17] (GOV) Saul Worthington: Do Not Go Upstair's, They are Protecting Me. " He was telling everyone to not come up the elevator as the SS were protecting him. So he said to "Shoot anyone that comes up even police" but he claims he didn't say that and i have no evidence of him saying that I was only following his orders he is the Mayor. He told us that if we knock them out to finish them off so they can't be revived. Then they get swat to come up which we kill also along with the chief. Then an admin comes to the mayor and asks why hes being corrupt.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Saul Worthington, Ryan Oppels and the other 2 SS don't remember their names.
