Ban Reason: Mass RDM
DISCLAIMER: I have made several other ban appeals, I am aware that I was told to stop appealing and that I will serve my ban. However, I would like the Staff Team to read this and consider reasoning with my points.

Unban Reason: This is the last one. I am ashamed that I keep making appeals; it is very embarrassing on my part. But I really want to be forgiven and most of all be able to play on Monolith.

• 1 Most Banned (tyler laquesha denzel etc…) players tend to make alt accounts in order to play monolith again. I have never done that. I have been on this account from the beginning. I have accepted the fact that if you break rules you pay the price. I strongly believe in this. I respect the team’s decision and stayed banned for what I did several months ago.
• 2 I hope no one takes offence to this point. I will not state the person’s name in order to keep his identity sort of hidden.( I am not sure if this is how it went on but here is from what I’ve heard) There was a staff member who could’ve stopped a HUGE mass rdm spree by an organization. However, I do not think this staff member acted. He was in a discord call with all the mass rdmers but decided to do nothing. He was a high ranking staff member as well, the staff team should have trusted him. However, this staff member let it all unfold. I do not know if he was banned, but all I know is that he was demoted from his position and still plays among us today. He was let back into the community. You chose to give him a second chance. Why not me as well?
• 3 I have tried finding other GMod servers. Nothing compared to Monolith. All these servers lack a good developing team and community. Something Monolith exceeds in. I have spent countless hours trying to play other RP servers. But NONE are even close to as fun as this one.

• I have learned from my past appeals that the Staff team have no urge or want to unban me. However, I miss the UNIQUE server a lot and would like to work something out.

• Why I am not wanted back: Because I MASS RDMED and you think I will do so once again. Put yourselves in my shoes, you do a huge mistake. Then want forgiveness after you payed half the price. Wouldn’t you want another chance? I believe that I have served long enough; I have been looking forward to being unbanned now more than ever since all my friends are playing once again. If I did not care about the server and wanted to break more rules, why would I keep making appeals? I simply want to play again, nearly 7 months of being banned made me realize that I cannot take break rules and not pay the price. I have payed the price. Not all of it yet. I would like to have the opportunity to get my ban shortened or completely removed.

• Why I should be unbanned:

• Firstly, I should be unbanned because I have matured over the past 7 months and definitely changed. The Mass RDM I have committed was not worth it at all, the worst part about the situation is that I lied to try to avoid punishment. Why would I? Because I was frag hungry and scared. I am known as a liar , beggar and annoying to the staff team. I want to change that, I would like to be looked at as a new player and forget about the past and move on. I would like to also address the fact that “New Year new me” lol. The cringiest quote I could think of, but it really does apply to me. I have been wanting to play this server again since the moment I was banned. But, turns out I have not been able to play for 7 months. At times I have been reflecting upon the situation. I do not know what was wrong with the old me… Grinding for 500 hours and then blowing all the hard work and amusement away.

• Why not bring me back sooner? I will definitely be coming back whenever the ban ends.
  If there are any problems or questions about my post please reply, I would definitely want to work something out.

Do these look familiar? Because this is why we cannot trust the validity of the words in your appeal. If you lied in your appeal back then, and continue to appeal and expect immediate remorse, how can we trust you?

"Why not me as well?" Because what he did was wrong, yes. He did not report to us what you guys were doing. He received his punishment and served it, alongside never returning to the staff team again. He did not kill people, he did not cost players their items. The fact he didn't report it doesn't make you the angel with wings. You didn't report it either, and you actually Mass RDMed. There's your answer for you, that's why you don't get the chance either. You get to serve a 1 year punishment instead of an outright community ban with no chance to appeal. The fact you actually have the ability to return after your 1 year punishment up is enough to show there is still a chance for you to play here, before you and others pull the card of "Wow well how do we redeem ourselves?"

Being forgiven isn't the act of appealing over, and over, and over. I'd rather you serve your punishment, and return and play by our rules then get a "Here is your one chance card, don't blow it". We don't issue these kinds of punishments for no reason. You actively ruined the server's experience, and for that small moment, took away from people trying to enjoy the server because you felt it'd be hilarious to ruin others days cause you hated us at the time, now want our remorse?

This is denied, again. The fact you pulled up another person and put him in the spotlight for an appeal is really not cool of you, because everyone played a different role in that incident. You are aware of your actions, and now that I put you on blast, I hope you can realize that this punishment is very valid for your actions.
