As you can see he is lighting up this dude in ooc not even giving him the decency to talk to him in private. If you read the chat logs the only thing I said in ooc was shut up but I was talking to another player (Nosebags my IRL friend) actually in defense of Zeffa since my friend was being sarcastic in OOC. zeffa teleported to me and told me that I should respect him and was having a complete ego trip, explaining to me about how although people have reported him in the past, he gets away along with how he is very respected. 12 people on the server at this time and it was the most stressful it's been for me so far including the time I was mugged when I first joined. I started playing this server like three days ago and bought premium today because I didn't mind supporting a server that I enjoyed. Now I'm heavily regretting my decision just hours later after a combination of continuous DC's making me lose my progress and a rude moderator harassing me because he demands attention. He also he kept teleporting to me just to argue instead of leaving me alone.

Additional members involved/witnessing: Cereal Material, c9 skyz, nosebags, and a few other people (only about 12~ people on).

I witnessed this and it was an absolute power trip. There's no other way to describe it. Zeffa was blasting other players in ooc to the whole server instead of dealing with the issues in a face to face situation. It was bad enough the servers disconnected every 20 minutes but having to worry about a moderator target random players for the slightest of reasons is another thing and it makes the server truly unplayable.

So heres how this went down i went to go speak with him about the shut up comment and he decided to say " get away from me you power hungry cunt" so i grabbed him to talk to him away from npcs, At this point he decided to disconnect. When he returns i grab him for a sit he proceeds to tell me how im going to be demoted and dont know how to do my job. He tried to jump off the building multiple times when i froze him he claimed it was abuse of my power as a mod i asked him if he had any intention to RP here. His answer to my question was "no" i was not targeting that guy i was telling him he had to change his name as it was genji shogun which everyone knows his a video game character from overwatch. After i said he could change it back to what he had before "Robert Jones" is what i was referring to he went back to Genji Shogun, so i said he obviously doesn't learn. That would not be me targeting someone that would be me enforcing the rules that are clearly set out in the rule book. You also stated that everyone hates me and everyone is gonna get me demoted, You can ask multiple people around that time zone i am a very loved mod and get called one of the best. I would like to think im a good mod and do my job to the best of my ability

I messaged you after you said "excuse me" to clarify that he was talking to me. He never called you a power hungry cunt and I know because I was listening to him the entire time. Why did you continue to pester him even after he dc'ed (Not running away from you but disconnecting because the servers were awful tonight) enough to make him no longer want to play GMOD at all. I really doubt he told you he didn't want to roleplay as he has been trying to get this server to work for a week and bought premium a day or two into it.

You seem extremely concerned for your reputation which is confusing because you managed to piss off half the server within a few minutes of joining. Besides, who cares if his name is Robert Jones that's the most tame name I've seen so far on this server. I can understand not having names like Michael Jackson or Genji but why not only try to change a decent name but also try to roast him in OOC?

You are lying. We both know I never said "get away from me you power hungry cunt." You teleported to the supermarket where I was minding my own bussiness. You asked me if my shut up comment over ooc was directed towards you. I proceeded to ask you in voice chat "are you ok?" twice. You then said that I should respect you, I replied with "Why should I respect you?" Then you picked me up and put me in a corner. I Disconnected from the server for the 12th time that night right as you start to "discipline" me for not being respectful of my elders. When I log back in I get a three week ban. You never asked if I had any intention to rp. Its honestly a joke that you are lying and embellishing the truth on the forums to justify yourself. You are obviously concerned with your reputation with how often you boast about yourself. I was having a great time mining ore even through constant disconnect until the moment you logged on the server. 10/10 mod.
