Title: Layer 2 Bank Teller
Links, videos, context (we love more information, media, etc.): There is an open teller window at Layer 2 bank, currently there is only one bank NPC. If you put a 2nd one in the open window it will stop the issue of 900 people waiting around the one NPC trying to use it while only 2 people can.

This additional teller is too far from the counter to be accessed by the player without having to get a strange angle and crouch jump onto the counter.
