What happened: my player level reset from 83. This was around the 2.0 update
What do you need refunded: 83 player levels
Evidence: I don't have any screenshots but you can look in my inventory and at my mining skill level and see that it doesn't add up.

I never got any response until November and by then, since my request got no attention soon enough, I stopped playing and just focused on school.
