Date and time of loss (specify the timezone): It was a very long time ago, probably 3 years ago.
What happened: about 3 years ago or so I used to play on Monolith on a daily basis , you know RPing , grinding ect..
And one day I just quit I do not really remember why but at that time I did quit gmod all along, and after about a year of that last gameplay I came back and found my player level resseted to "level 1" Told a staff back then about that but he told me to make a post on the forrums and I was too lazy tbh + I did not have any screenshots of it so I gave up.
and now after 3 years or maybe 2 in total I came back again to RP again here on Monolith.
What do you need refunded: My player level was about 54 or 55

I don't actually have any screenshots of the level due to the loss of the screens, however I can prove my claim by this:
As you can see my current player level is 19 but down under
It shows that my police job level is at about 32 which raises the question of how did I progress that far in the job level, without being a cop in the first place?
(the screenshot under shows the second lowest rank in the PD which is a police tow driver and it requires no experience in the job but requires player level 23 which I didn't even reach)
