Relevant Evidence: I know I did /me grabs tits and ass but I didn't know sexually assault was against Server rules I didn't say opens shirts pants or nothing crazy people In real life do this all the time ive seen it in game before and nobody was punished to my knowledge therefore I never knew it was wrong against the rules ive only been on the server for 3 days i don't even have a lot yet I was never talked to just auto banned which is even more confusing i didn't get to say anything and i didn't know it was against the rules i will not let this happen again i do believe i should've been notified but why was i banned for sexual assualt thats a illegal thing but no a think thats not real (roleplay) it happens all the time i never seen evidence of me even doin this but i owned up to it because im not going to lie because i never knew it was wrong its not in the rules at all. I have video of me asking if she wants to suck me and she said okay okay and I walk and she follows and it was for a pick axe also a video of her trying to rdm me and farming as a medic but she has not received a ban. the banning admin admitted in discord to being biased to me saying I'm stupid and slandering me the whole time. It was all in rp as who my character is so i didn't see the harm i was in character and i got banned and hour or 2 after it happened i would like to discuss this on discord as well out of respect to get a better understanding. Her name was like Allison and I said I will never trust a female again they all are bitches and will stab you in the back which was in the heat of the moment I mean I got banned for a month and 10 hours so he edited it after I said that and made it 2 months and 20 hours long for the same thing and supposedly lying to staff. I disagree with rape as well because grabbing an ass and tits without taking off clothes is groping sexually aka sexual assault and I didn't take it that serious as I said I didn't mean it, it was just a harmless thing for laughs never knew it was against the rules this is 2017 these things happen all the time but the only reason she reported me was for getting her in trouble it isn't fair. the banning admin extended the ban for me saying That I will never trust a woman again there are all bitches which was In the heat of the moment but also how I feel and my personated opinion shouldn't determine a ban extension by an extra month on top of a month already.

"This community has respect as a core value; therefore we ask that you treat everybody with respect and give them a chance to experience the community. Being called out for being from another community or being harassed because of their age or origins is not acceptable. Treat those the way you would want to be treated." -1.2
"We do not tolerate racism on our servers, especially not out of character. Your in-game character may be racist to a certain extent - but there is a line - and once players feel uncomfortable you have definitely crossed this line. Be observant and considerate." -1.13. This has to apply here. Even though it is not racism, it was sexism which is more or less the same thing.

So you are saying that what you did was perfectly okay and that you should NOT be punished? No, that's not how that works. Just because some assholes sexually assault women IRL does not mean that you can sexually assault women in game. You crossed the line and I punished you appropriately for it.

After we talked in Discord, it was very clear that you are simply a toxic person and should be banned from the server for a considerable amount of time. You gave me 2 main videos as evidence to support your appeal. The first video offers very little to the discussion and should be more or less disregarded. You claimed that she was offering sexual favors to police for a pickaxe. This video shows none of that, and in fact shows you punching 2 people for no reason. The second video in question is of you actually assaulting Alison. She was clearly not okay with it, and neither was anyone else around you.

In this video Alison hit you because she thought you were about to steal her crops, which was kind of unnecessary. However, this does not excuse your following behavior, calling her names such as "you fucking bitch", "you fucking whore" and "you fucking slut". You then proceed to punch her again, because "(she's) going to fucking jail mam" and then call her a "dumbass slut". It goes deeper. You then say "All I do on this game is (unintelligible) you dumb slut.", then proceeded to pretend to spit on her and call her a "fucking bitch" one more time.
As a matter of fact, all of this is new to me. I did not bother watching this third video until I started writing this response, and I think that with a senior admin or above's approval, you should be permanently removed from this server and community as a whole.

On top of all of this, you proceeded to claim something along the lines of "all women are bitches" and that "you will never trust a woman in game or IRL again." Lastly, you claimed that "I'm done with women for good, I'm just going back to fucking bitches"

I am following rules. In fact, the rules towards ban appeals are that the staff member who issued the ban is the only person allowed to decide if the ban is appealed or not, of course unless a community manager decides otherwise.

1. You have to use the correct format or else your Ban Appeal will not be dealt with.
2. Only the involved people in the Ban Appeal may reply to their thread. Others replies will be deleted and you will receive warning points. This counts for staff members too.
   
3. Do not submit replies such as +support or -support. Ban Appeals are no suggestions, faction applications or any other kind of applications. This counts for staff members too.
4. Always stay on-topic. Don't start other discussions or arguements that are not relevant to that Ban Appeal.
5. Only the punishing administrator (including moderators) may accept or decline a Ban Appeal.
   
6. Only the Community Director(s), Community Manager(s) and Server Director(s) may overwrite a decision by the punishing administrator on a Ban Appeal.

As this turned to a shit-show, I would like to clear something up regardless of whether this thread is closed or not. We do not tolerate 'rape role-play' whatsoever. And @White Blood does not need to be supervised when doing a ban appeal, it's his ban he issued, he understands the situation and shall deal with it as he sees fit, however, community management, server directors can completely overrule his decision, however, there is nothing wrong with what happened. The videos show proof to get/keep you banned.
