Lost KEV due to glitch

What happened: I was shooting at someone and hid and tried to apply 2 small kev, but accidently clicked drop and could not pick them up. I later called a staff member @ELIASS and he could confirm

I indeed got the report and can confirm that the 9x s kevlar where bugged and not be able to picked up
