Lost my furnace under map

My Furnace Glitched under the map and staff couldnt find it.

I can confirm the validity if this refund request. @Bonker deployed 2 furnaces, one of which they claim went through the map. I couldn't find this furnace anywhere, but there is a log of him deploying it and placing these items in it. No one picked up the furnace afterwards, it seemingly vanished into thin air.
