IC Information.
The Lower Alder Hoodlums, is an African-American street gang founded in Lower Alder. It is unclear why or when the gang started however many speculate it began in the early 1990's, with its first members consisting of troubled youth.
OOC Information.
This gang does not ally or enemy with any organizations that associate themselves with any form of high class living, or legal organizations. (Mafias, Legal Companies/ Orgs, etc.) In other words, in order to ally/enemy you must roleplay a realistic street gang. This gang does not aim to be have the best cars, guns, or the most money. This is all for the sake of roleplay.
Rules
1. Playing as a detective is not allowed. You are allowed to play as any job but detective.
2. You are not allowed to wear clothing from the "formal" section, at the clothing store.
3. We do not ally or enemy with organizations that associate themselves with high class living.
4. Provoking other gangs is forbidden. If any of this toxic activity is noticed you will be kicked from the gang. You supposed let gang beef happen naturally.
How to join?
As stated in "OOC Information" this gang aims to be a realistic street gang, therefore your character must be African American in order to join the gang. You must have some way of making money, and a natural drive to do so. You will obviously receive help in making money once you are in the gang, however do not join expecting to feed off of the higher ranks. The only out of character requirement to join the gang is player level 16+, and any vehicle. (Porsche Tri-Cycle doesn't count)

How to ally/enemy?
In order to ally/enemy with this organization your organization must not associate with any high-class living, or legal organizations. (Mafias, Legal Companies/ Orgs, etc.) You must be listed as a street gang. All alliances/ war requests must have a valid in game reason otherwise it will be denied.
