Ban Reason: ltap, misues of ooc and player harrasment
Unban Reason: I feel that on all these counts I was falsely banned. I would like to start with LTAP. I think that this being stated is completely and utterly infactual. When I had said that cops should go to hell, I had already been given a one day OOC blacklist. The only other thing that may have been questionable for punishment is when I accidently told friskiemar^ through PM's "your retarde". I would like to clear this up: I mean to talk to my friend for getting me arrested by the cops, not friskiemar^. His name just popped in my head for some reason though and I completely apologize for doing that and would like to make sure that friskiemar^ knows that that will never happen again. Secondly, misuse of OOC. I have no clue as to why I was punished for this. OOC is for out of character chat. I said that the cops can go to hell and I was blacklisted from OOC for a day which I do not understand but ok with a day long OOC blacklist. My question is how was this misuse? I did not metagame, all I did was speak my mind out of character, rude or not. Even if it was considered misuse, I had already recieved my punishment from friskiemar^ as a one day OOC blacklist. The third and final allegation is player harrasment. The only person friskemar^ could have thought I harrased was him becaus I never named any cops that I wanted to go to hell. I just want to apologize again as I meant to tell that to my friend and completely messed up. I hope that this ban will be resolved and at the very least shortened because I had already recieved my punishement for misuse of OOC and LTAP does not apply since I had already recieved my punishment.
