I have video proof of zeffa's lies about me , i never lied about combat unequiping as he so claims over and over because i was talking about a situation where i got tazed and arrested, you can see we begin talking about how a cop and his buddy not a caddet under a bridge which is when i unequipped a gun, i was not a "bully" i said shut up 2 times and 1 other involved inthe sit said shut up to me 2 times as well as fuck you. i did not harrass them as you can you this was a rather peaceful sit with nothing even really happening . i was co operative through out the entire thing. i understand relogging wasnt the best idea but admins tell me if something like that happens call an admin so i did but he wastaking my guns and i was not recording so i wouldnt have proof i had them i realize this wasnt a smart idea and i will henceforth refrain from leaving the server nomatter what durring these situations and record my game at all times.

After i checked logs and told you what the logs said you then decided to finally tell me the truth. You were telling the others in the sit to shut up and not letting them speak, Once you open fire FearRP is no longer a thing as higher ups have told me. You did not once express regret for the rules,When i showed up i wanted to just talk and give warning points but the lying to my face after multiple warnings put it over the top. As you stated you logged to save your guns, always leaving to avoid in active RP situation. I dont believe our mods told you that was still FearRP because when i Asked you, no name was giving. You were quite disrespectful in the sit the players talked to me after and said they didn't feel safe being on the server when you were on due to the attacks, No one should ever feel that way about playing on a game. I had to reassure them that this will not happen again and had to talk with them to try and get them not to leave. I know i can speak for most players if they are getting attacked verbally they are not gonna want to be on the server anymore. That is not something we as a staff team like to hear I believe everyone on the server has the right to be here and not feel scared when they are on the server and to enjoy their time here, Also No player should ever feel like someone is going to harass them and make them feel bad, there is a thing line between IC harassment and just straight up bullying,Will all the info that was providing this ban appeal is going to be denied "

I DO NOT WANT ZEFFA TO REPLY TO THIS AS HE OBVIOUSLY HAS SOMETHING AGAINST ME all that happened was i didnt know about 2 rules and was co operative (even giving the gun i had on me to the cops in the sit) trying to explain i didnt know about the rules that were involved since 1 of them i was told something not true by a moderator

what happened was
i got banned for 1 this cop tazed me when i had a gun on him after i killed another cop but kept my gun on the cop i was mugging which is what i thought was against the rules because a mod told me even if i kill a cop friend of his but keep my gun on him he cant pull it so when he did i called for an admin and when he said hes taking my guns i rellogged and called an admin the second i got back in because i didnt want to lose my guns because i dont have much money to get new guns i called an admin while it was happening waited until he said he was taking my guns but the second i joined back in i called for an admin to make the sit happen which didnt for about an hour and another one is i killed a caddet and unequipped my gun the second i did because i didnt see more cops and then another cop killed me but i didnt see any cops so i unequipped it i was in the ravine so i couldnt see if there were more cops in it so i guess he was behind something or above me but than i got banned for combat unequippiung which i didnt know was a rule so i think a warning could have been used there and then lying in a sit because he said i said i didnt combat unequip and i told him i didnt because we were talking about when i mugged the cop which i didnt unequip because i was tazed and put in handcuffs so i couldnt unequip it than he said i did lie because he combined the 2 completely different situations that had nothing to do with eachother into 1 sit(what zeffa said) so i lied on one of them for telling the truth about the other
i told him i unequipped it when i saw no cops as well so he just wasnt listening to what i was saying very well i guess.
i think like an hour ban for read the rules or some warns would have been suitable not a 3 day ban because i was told something by a mod that wasnt true and the other rule i just didnt know so i dont think 3 days should be from that
1 i only told the kids in the sit to "shut up" and they would say it back or try talking over me on purpose i didnt harrass them i said shut up like 4 times so i highly doubt someone will leave the server for being told to shut up when they do so after.
I NEVER LIED ZEFFA you said i combat unequipped (i was brought to a sit with 2 cops which is how many there were when i got tazed so i assumed we were talking about that sit you claim we were not talking about that so it was just not made clear which situation we were talking about) i said i didnt because i got tazed and handcuffed so there wasnt a way i could. i then also told you I UNEQUIPPED MY GUN AFTER KILLING THE CADDET BECAUSE I SAW NO MORE COPS SO I DIDNT THINK I HAD TO KEEP IT EQUIPPED because i didnt know the rule you could have simply told me about the rule.
