Ban Reason: Mass VDM while no staff were on duty.
Unban Reason: Firstly, while I was playing as taxi, there were staff actively taking sits/reports. I do not take advantage of the server's lack of active staff (if there is one.) Now as for the VDM, I did hit people with my car ON ACCIDENT. I had no malicious intent while I was playing. People get hit all the time, it happens. I'm not sure exactly why I was reported if I was reported at all, but I'd like to point out that whenever I did hit someone with my car, I would get out, check there pulse to make sure they're okay, apologize, and leave. To be fair, the few people that I hit were jaywalking. They weren't even at a stop walk. Due to my often lag spikes, this makes it hard to avoid hitting people sometimes. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused for the people I hit, or for the staff member that banned me, but I do believe that a year ban is unjust considering the circumstances. I have a fair amount of playtime on the server, and it is clear I had intent to roleplay. I just suck at driving. Anyway, I hope this is just a misunderstanding and the staff member in question just jumped the gun on my ban, which I completely understand. Hopefully the fact that I'm appealing this at all shows my intent to roleplay on your server.
