My reasoning:
To start off, we (org) saw a Twinmill, which is a very rare and expensive car on the server. At that moment, we thought that it was an ordinary player. Then we proceed to try to mug him, to make him unlock the vehicle for our use. We point our guns at him, he was under FEAR RP. He just drove away, we exploded his car. Then a few minutes later, he comes to R10 and proceeds to VDM Cherry Bond and hit Tyro Snow with his vehicle. We then shot him up. He initiated on us by hitting our org member. He was breaking FEAR RP and VDMing us players. Throughout the scenario, we found out he was a youtuber. I did not target him as a player , I targeted his vehicle. I do admit that I was wrong for saying, "lets make him put us on yt". But I do not know how that deserves a ban for "malicious target of player". I did break a rule, METAGAME. I did not threaten him or make his playing experience not fun. If anything, I should be warned because at the beginning I did not know he was a youtuber. No sings gave it up, he did not have an exclusive suit or rank. SO how am I suppose to know that he was a youtuber without anyone telling me? To me, it was just a player breaking rules.
We were going for the vehicle before we knew he was a youtuber. Even if it was a regular player, we still would've wanted his vehicle because like I said before, its a rare car.
Yes, possibly losing a youtuber can be tough. But banning a player for stealing his car is also as bad. People get banned for mass rdm, vdm, malicious activity, etc.... I got a ban for basically trying to steal a car that later turned out to be a youtubers.
Looking at this situation from an RP standpoint is ridiculous. I tried to mug and steal a vehicle that belonged to a player. In rp situation admins are also referred as other names such as god and many more. A youtuber is a regular player. When admins roleplay as civilians they are also targeted, so why cant I target a player who turned out to be a youtuber?
From my perspective, the story doesn't add up to giving me a 1 week ban. (Yes, my ban was reduced. But I feel that I was wrongfully banned)
My question is; If this was just a regular member on the server, would you ban me and others for mugging him and obeying the rules?
