A description of your technical issue: Every time I load in game it loads like 10% of the map
Has it happened before?: No
Extraneous details/description:

when I first loaded into the game this is what happens so I just reinstalled Garry's Mod.
After I installed everything I join the server again it looked like everything was going fine and then it happened again

Opt out of any gmod betas and switch to the main branch, resolved.
