Relevant Evidence: The VDM was an accident, I was trying to push my partners car because he was stuck and we had kidnapped the mayor. There was a bunch of swat vans just ramming my partners van with the kidnapped mayor, so as I had backed up my car, 2 swat members stepped into the road and before I could stop, I hit them but also freed my partner. I apologize nonetheless, but just know it wasn't intentional as I've been around for a while and know the consequences to vdm. but in the heat of the moment I thought I could push my friends sierra van to free him (which it did), because we had kidnapped the mayor for a ransom.
