Ban Reason: RDM/Killing near npc.
Unban Reason: It was an honest mistake, I thought I was shot at and I then was repeatedly rammed by them with the car, so I chased them down and killed the guy with the gun (He ran into the green zone aka at drug dealer) . I'm really sorry for my mistake, I didn't know I was breaking the rules. My record was clean for rdm for several months and I try so hard not to break rules, because I know I used to be mingey and annoying, so I will get harsher punishments... I've changed and I don't want to repeat what happened.
Time of Occurrence: It happened yesterday at like 7pm
Additional members involved/witnessing: @Immigrant ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ he was in the rp situation with me.
