Alright, I was blacklisted for having a firefight with police. The police were kill hungry, the security guards were kill hungry, and it all got out of hand very fast. I jokingly made an announcement to gift me LSD, and the police took it seriously and came up to my office. I told the officer it was a joke and he disregarded it and told the chief to raid either way. Like I said, it got out of hand very quickly.
My proposal is to unblacklist me on the following terms, since I obviously always cause trouble as mayor.
I can only become mayor at all, with SA+ permission. Whether I am corrupt or not.
This would stop me from creating mayhem unless authorized to by staff.
