Probably not i kept recording after the incident so the video kept going i stoped the stream i will give a live/ current time stamp 12:36 . the time changes from live stream to normal video. sorry about that

Apologies in advance to @HEISENBERG, I know I didn't give you much a chance to defend yourself but from provided context I think its self explanatory. If I've made a mistake please feel free to appeal.

[5.3.5] As the Mayor, you may not carry any illegal weaponry. You are allowed to own a handgun. You are only allowed to carry it and use it if you are in danger.
[2.2.3] Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger.
[2.6.6] You may not cop bait - the act of excessively provoking Law Enforcement for the sole purpose of having them chase you or incite some other reaction from them for your own mere enjoyment.

On the topic of the mayors actions: While the mayor is allowed to own a handgun it is only allowed to be used for his own immediate self defense. The stolen car was not an immediate threat to him at that point and as such the vehicle should have been left to the police. @HEISENBERG will receive 1 Warning Point for this. On the other hand, you are also only allowed to use your vehicle as a weapon only if you are in immediate danger, so looping back around to run the mayor over would qualify as attempted VDM, regardless of him shooting you as you had plenty of opportunity to flee. Additionally, looping around sunset isle and hanging around the bank in a stolen mayoral limo sounds a lot like cop-baiting to me. As a result, you will also receive a 3 Day Vehicle Blacklist.
