As far as I can tell the offending party does not have a forums account, but thats alright because his response isn't really needed. Regardless of any rule breaks he could have been accusing you of, these comments in OOC were not the way to handle it. If he had a complaint he should have either made a report in game or taken it to the forums. As such, "beastgamer43" (STEAM_0:1:30771625) will be receiving a 1 Day Blacklist from OOC Chat.
